How I am Protecting myself from COVID-19 while managing Liver Cancer & Autoimmune disorders

I am a 67-year-old Black Man, a Liver cancer survivor, and survivor of Adverse Childhood Experiences who is also managing the additional stressors on my mind/body from my fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, PTSD, and a leaky gut.

I've done this by consulting the Elephant in the room...which is the CDC, Adverse Childhood Experiences Study, and its Scientific Statistical, Evidence-Base, Chronic Healthcare outcomes to educate/empower me on how to increase my Vagal Tone so I can protect myself from COVID-19 and to update my Software about my Anatomy. We should read our owners' manual, 1st if we want to be and remain healthy!

Basically, in order to be healthy and happy requires a fundamental paradigm shift. The way you think about yourself, beliefs about who you are, your behavior and values, what's important to you, your priorities, and what motivates you all must be challenged.

Join me daily if you are interested in learning how to enhance your immune system and vagal tone to remaining healthy and COVID-19 free.
